All of us put off doing our Power of Attorney, Health Care Representative, and Living Will documents. It is just something we do not want to think about and/or take the time to complete. But what if you had a serious injury and could not communicate decisions about your care?
Advance Directives make sure others know what you want done in case you may need a feeding tube, breathing machine, etc. A lawyer or your physician can help you with some of these documents. There are state forms that can help too. The nice thing is that you can change your advance directives at any time. At Friends Fellowship Community we go over them in great detail before your move.
If you have questions or need assistance getting the ball rolling, please give us a call!
