Clerk/Receptionist – Part-Time or Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated, positive individual to join our administrative staff.  Duties of the clerk/receptionist include managing mail, package and newspaper distribution for residents and staff; greeting and assisting residents, guests and staff in person and on the telephone; and general office duties.  Successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational skills; excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner; multi-tasking capability without compromising quality; and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Work schedule is Monday through Friday and every third Saturday morning.  Excellent environment and benefits.
