Director of Maintenance and Grounds

 

Job duties include:

Execute all applicable federal, state, and local codes, guidelines and regulations.

Work beside and guide staff to include HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, electrical, carpentry, grounds and painting crew.

Identify and execute continual refurbishment program.

Continual development and communication of Preventative Maintenance and Safety Programs.
